The PREP Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the PREP Program (Postsecondary Retention & Employment Preparation). The position is responsible for all daily activities and programming related to and required by the Workforce Innovation Opportunities Act (WIOA) Title 1 Youth & Young Adult Services contract overseen by the Central Iowa Workforce Development Board (CIWDB). The PREP Program will support youth and young adults by connecting them to school and work opportunities while providing service elements such as tutoring, work experiences, supportive services, and financial literacy skills.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE/SKILL

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Human Services or related field preferred.
• Three years of related field and/or work experience with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
• Proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects and processes often under tight deadline
