Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face appointments to secure signed agreements with buyers and sellers through showcasing the benefits of our services
Utilize electronic platforms to complete VIP buyer/listing paperwork and promptly submit it to the administrative team
Accompany buyers on property viewings to assist them in finding their ideal home
Maintain regular communication with sellers to provide updates and progress reports
Draft and submit offers that are favorable to buyers/sellers
Skillfully negotiate and present offers to sellers with the aim of achieving the best price and terms
Handle negotiations related to home inspections and due diligence matters
Review Closing Disclosure with clients to ensure clarity and understanding
Request referrals and encourage clients to leave reviews based on their experience
Attend closings to facilitate the process and prepare for future transactions
Qualifications:
Must have relevant licenses (driver's license)
Active Real Estate License or have the ability to get licensed
No standing complaints at TREC
Passionate about selling
Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Familiar w/ TAR documents a plus
Be coachable and teachable
