We have an immediate opening for a Real Estate Photographer-Videographer to provide photography, drone, and videography services. You should be an organizer, a fast learner, and a positive person! We need a great communicator who can find creative solutions while being polite, polished, and professional.

You must have your own equipment.

Most shoots will be in Sevier County (Must be willing to go to Gatlinburg and Cosby) but some could be in Knox or surrounding counties from time to time.

• Provide photography, drone, and videography services for all homes listed for sale to meet the online print marketing and print needs of the firm. Our listings are in a wide service area with the majority being within every county that borders Knox and Sevier counties (there will be times when listings are outside of this area as well)
• Meet sellers or agents on-site and perform photo and video session
• Label and upload images to the Client Care team within 24 hours of the shoot
• Take photos and video of interior and exterior spaces – common room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, exterior, etc., and show the flow of the home and spaces
• Ensure good composition, angles, and positioning of the space taken
• Editing and manipulating photos and video for lighting and contrast

• MUST have Real Estate Photography and Videography experience
• Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, and video equipment
• Enjoys working with all types of people and is able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
• Must be licensed and own a drone to provide drone photography
• Excellent computer and editing skills
• Must have video experience for a walkthrough of homes
• Must have a driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
