The Role

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections and more
• Set your own hours and control your workload
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings
• Work remotely out in the field – no office visits required

Pay

• As an independent contractor, you'll earn a flat-rate payment per field event.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to hang it exclusively with Redfin
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
• Reliable mode of transportation
