We are seeking a hard-working, committed individual to work directly with our Team Leader and Top Producer! This is an incredible opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with one of the top agents in Knox County and the surrounding areas. This position involves working directly with our top agent and team leader, this position is meant for someone who is looking for a long-term career, is willing to work hard, and the pay structure will be set up as a win/win.

You'll build and enhance your skills in all areas of the real estate industry!

This position offers a base salary with a semi-structured schedule but will have all the requirements of a salesperson including:

  • Outbound lead generation
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Database (CRM) management
  • Nurturing lead pipelines
  • Lead and client conversions
  • Writing and negotiating contracts
  • Navigating clients through the transaction with a full time in-office support team
  • Handling inspection and appraisal negotiations
  • ...so much more.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the organization of the database of clients working directly with our team's top agent
  • Communicating clearly, promptly, and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and working to help convert clients and assist in the process of finding buyers find the perfect home
  • Analyzing the needs and wants of the clients and interpreting today's real estate market
  • Follow up with clients weekly and send them customized homes to go view
  • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities
  • Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!
  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Real Estate License in the State of Tennessee.
  • Have or easily obtain membership with the FlexMLS
  • Have or easily obtain Supra eKey
  • Personal laptop and hotspot
  • Real estate license must be at or transferred to REA West Hills
  • A reliable vehicle is necessary
  • Resilient

Compensation$40,000 base salary benefits plus 1099 commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
