Responsibilities
•Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
•Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
•Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
•Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
•Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
Qualifications
•Proven negotiating and communication skills
•Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
