**What are we looking for?**

Checkmarx is actively seeking a proficient Service Owner / Technical Project Manager to lead our strategic deployments across North America.

**How will you make an impact?**

As a vital member of the Global Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of Checkmarx products and services by our customers. Your role involves managing the deployment of our solutions, addressing customer integration and deployment needs, and facilitating these processes to ensure a successful partnership.

**What is needed to succeed?**

The ideal candidate will be adept at incorporating Checkmarx products into the operations of our key North American clients. This role demands effective collaboration with teams such as Customer Service, Support, Professional Services, and Sales to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and success. We are looking for individuals with strong project management skills who can work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Oversee the deployment and integration of Checkmarx products within strategic customer operations.

Technically manage multiple high-priority accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, and Support departments.

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and reliable authority focused on customer needs.

**Essential Qualifications:**

Proven experience in technical project management, technical account management, or customer success.

Proficiency in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate in complex, dynamic environments.

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations.

Familiarity with software development, SDLC, and associated development tools (IDE, SCM, CI/CD).

Knowledge of tools such as Github, Gitlab, Bamboo, Azure Devops, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Eclipse.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
