Hai Hospitality is accepting resumes for a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders. They will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and overseeing project execution to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills.

We are offering a salary range between $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience plus benefits. Here at Hai Hospitality, we enjoy a three days in-office, two days, work-from-home hybrid arrangement.

What you'll do in this role:

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into clear and concise technical and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and alignment with project objectives.

2. Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- esolve any issues that may arise during project execution.

3. Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of technical concepts and solutions relevant to the project domain.
- Evaluate and recommend technical solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to assist in problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.
- Communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Solicit feedback and incorporate stakeholder input to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.

5. Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans and acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
- Participate in testing activities to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback collection and resolution of issues.

The experience and abilities we hope you'll bring to our organization:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role in a technical environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related processes.
• Experience with data analysis, database technologies, and system integration.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or PMI-PBA are desirable.
