Description

What Will You Be Doing?

• Responsible for managing products through the solution delivery lifecycle, running release and sprint planning, end to end project scope, and daily standup meetings; ensures products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Ensures that product and business requirements are properly documented; ensures and facilitates functional requirements and implementation validation is adhered to
• Serves as process coach, assisting project teams in following defined scrum values and practices in support of full productivity and functionality; continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes, quality, and productivity
• Serves as subject matter expert in product meetings, provides ongoing SDLC project status updates to stakeholders, and participates in establishing agreement building techniques
• Manages, resolves, escalates, and communicates delivery blocks, risks, issues, and changes associated with product development initiatives
• Responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on project status, delivery dates, and other project related KPI's

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or equivalent work experience in product development.
• 5 years of experience managing software development projects
• Able to coordinate and communicate with stakeholders from different teams
• Excellent Verbal and Communication skills
• Experience developing teams
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle

• Experience in running Agile teams
• Scrum Master Certification
• PMP or Six Sigma Certification
• Knowledge of Everi products
• Experience using Azure DevOps and AWS
