The Project Manager holds the primary responsibility for overseeing the planning, organization, and implementation of projects. The ideal candidate should possess a robust comprehension of financial principles and procedures, coupled with a track record of steering intricate projects valued over $25 million.
We're not specifically looking for individuals with experience in residential or refinery construction projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating project blueprints and schedules
- Supervising project finances
- Collaborating with stakeholders and team members
- Monitoring project advancement and identifying potential hazards
- Addressing project-related problems and disagreements
- Delivering updates on project status
- Ensuring project completion within designated timeframes and financial constraints
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager on projects exceeding $25 million
Perks:
- Relocation package of 10k
- 120k - 150k per year depending on experience
