Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who is passionate about research, managing projects, data analytics, brand insights, and creative strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with the research team to analyze data and extract actionable insights
- Support creative strategists in additional research, analysis, and building narratives
- Strategize product launches, campaign refreshes, ESG initiatives, and customer stories
- Collaborate with key leaders to define annual plans, campaign visions, etc.
- Be a partner to creative teams supporting them through their creative concepting and execution stages
- Track the status of multiple in-flight research projects and proactively escalate as needed to ensure timely completion
- Ensure timely collection of required research inputs such as media plans, creative, messages, etc.
- Post completed reports to MS Teams and SharePoint sites including adding tags and updating other document properties
- Create simple charts in PowerPoint using data collected from quantitative research projects
- Set up meeting invites with internal stakeholders and/or research agencies
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, data analysis, brand insights, and creative strategy.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Detail oriented; Big picture Critical thinker.
- Aces at data analysis AND expertly applies those learnings to impact final output.
- Excellent at managing multiple projects and timelines, with precision & patience.
- Build strong relationships with different experts.
- Experienced Excel and PowerPoint user.
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns including media plans is a plus
- Natural storyteller
