YELLOW Georgetown seeking a PM Sous Chefto join the team, who is excited about bringing a sincere sense of hospitality to a great space on Wisconsin Ave NW in the heart of Georgetown.
Chef/owner Michael Rafiditakes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. The Georgetown location of YELLOW, expands on the lunch offerings with pastries which meld Levantine ingredients with classic French technique, pita sandwiches and inventive coffee offerings by day. With hand made pizza, mezze, and wine bar selections by night.The ideal Sous Chef candidate has at least 3 years of cooking experience, including 1 year in a sous chef position or similar.We offer competitive hourly pay, health benefits, employee dining discounts, and opportunities to learn and grow with training and leadership opportunities.
