Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for tasks such as generating reports, printing, copying, collating, organizing, and organizing and filing.

Key Responsibilities :

Handling office tasks such as developing and maintaining filing systems, printing, copying, etc.

Writing and distributing emails and other correspondence

Generating regularly scheduled reports

Developing and using systems to monitor and organize information

Acting as a point of contact for internal and external parties

Maintaining Professionalism and Punctuality

Taking Ownership / Accountability

Being Flexible : Job responsibilities may change based on needs

Adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations

Using effective communication skills

Using effective time management skills

Completing mandatory pieces of training

Education and Experience :

A minimum of a High School Diploma, some college or bachelor's degree a plus

Work or life experience with intellectual / developmental disabilities is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel)

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Willing to take initiative

Attention to detail

Ability to prioritize work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of office equipment
