We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Delivery Operations Manager to join our team in the software industry. Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Management:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of our software solutions to IT professionals and enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical staff, and support teams, to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.

Delivery Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain delivery schedules and resource allocation plans to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor and adjust delivery plans as needed to accommodate changing client needs or project scopes.

Quality Control:

• Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards.
• Conduct regular quality assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our IT professional and enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for delivery-related inquiries.
• Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with our software solutions.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on delivery performance.
• Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Resource Management:

• Manage and allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure efficient delivery operations.

• Plan for resource scalability based on project requirements and business growth.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in the delivery process and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues that may impact service delivery.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously assess and optimize delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and seek opportunities for automation to enhance operational excellence.
• Advise engineering teams on tools and automation needed to optimize our customer onboarding and delivery processes.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in software service delivery management, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interest in IT and automation.

• Ability to effectively interface between technical and non-technical teams.
