XperiencOps Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences and translating user needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to drive the product design process from ideation to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for our digital product suite, including conducting user research, creating user personas, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering final UI designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across our product suite.
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability findings.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and design trends, and apply them to improve our product's user experience.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping them grow their design skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to solve complex design problems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) is a plus.
