We are seeking a Customer Service representative for one of our state clients in,
Pheonix AZ 85007.
Main Responsibilities:
- In bound call center Customer Service. Providing fist level support
Minimum Qualification:
- Good Communication Skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suites
- Analyzing and evaluating claims. Critical thinking. Collaboratively & independently problem solve. Multitasking and attention to detail. Interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to: Handle changing priorities to meet required deadlines. Perform mathematical computations. Analyse data and make decisions. Perform tasks with precision and speed.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Shift:
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
