Description
This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely OR a fully remote position for an experienced CSR located in or around the Phoenix, AZ metro area.

Your professionalism and ability to adapt and problem solve will serve you well in this position where you will partner with agents and insureds to support complex accounts in the trucking industry.
In this role, you will provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing. You can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from working for a long-time stable company with a great schedule and hours to accommodate your busy life. Your hard work and hustle will also be rewarded through quarterly incentives.
Location: Littleton, CO or fully remote in the Phoenix, AZ metro area
Position Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30a.m.- 4:30p.m.
Salary: $44,000 - $55,000 Quarterly Incentive Pay
Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer software. Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!
• Must obtain and maintain a P C license within the first 90 days of employment.
