Customer Service Rep
Summary/Objective
The Customer Service Representative, an onsite position with no remote or hybrid options, plays a vital role in our team. They are responsible for engaging with internal team members, customers, and consignors, delivering exceptional service by providing accurate product and service information and resolving any issues that may arise.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
H.S. diploma or GED or equivalent
Minimum three -years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment; 40 WPM typing speed
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Preferred but not required: Experience with eBay and/or other auction houses as well as a knowledge of sports memorabilia.
