We are centrally located in downtown Phoenix and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our talented team of long-term members. Our Trade-Wind branded products are sold in Canada and across America by a very well-known distribution partner in our industry. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
• Manage online parts store – process and ship small parts orders
• Manage production orders – input orders, ship orders, and invoice orders
• Create ground shipping labels
• Process warranty claims – troubleshoot problems and set up service calls
• Ensure that product literature and labels are fully stocked at all time

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED, required
• At least 2 years of related experience, required

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay range is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on your current skill set (90-day review period)
• Paid two weeks of paid time off (accrual)

Schedule

• Office hours are M-F, 7:00am until 3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. (No weekend shifts required.)
• Requested start date: ASAP (flexible)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
