As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors. A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool. This role requires training in person in our Goodyear office for a minimum of 4 weeks.Our vision is to make the world a better place by living up to the promise that everyone benefits from their association with Andersen.
