Pay rate: 28 /hr.

Job Description Summary:

Individual will be supporting various areas in Finance, Purchasing and HR. Admin Functional Support needs to work for second shift which will start at 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
• Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
• Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.
• Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
• High School and 4 years additional education and/or experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Need someone that is a self-starter, handles stress management, good at multi-tasking and working cross functionally.
• EMR Preferred
• Medical Terminology and understanding
• ***Need great communication skills!!** Providing updates recapping the day and providing updates to leadership.
• Will be on your feet all day! Fast paced environment

Well versed with MS Excel

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $28.00 per hour
