Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our team. The Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary offerings.
Duties:
- food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and supervision
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor and control food costs while maintaining quality
Experience:
- Proven experience in food service and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in inventory control and food management
- Knowledge of supervising kitchen staff and coordinating kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent culinary skills with expertise in food preparation techniques
