This position is responsible to provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers. This position will interact with all departments within the Company and a strong working knowledge of the responsibilities of the various departments will result in a successful Customer Service Representative. Primary duties involve: 1) Answering incoming calls and determining appropriate action required to satisfy the needs of external and internal customers; 2) Documenting customer complaints and requests, follow-up issues, and resolutions to ensure proper handling and closure of inbound calls; 3) prompt, courteous and accurate dispatching of customer equipment repair calls to the Field Service Techs and related proper record keeping of such calls; and 4) ensure and drive efficient service dispatch through proper Metrix processes and tools; 5) other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor to support the Company’s mission of “profitablegrowth through the sale and distribution of refreshing beverages, innovative customer-focused marketing programs and superior customer service”. Through superior customer service, the Customer Service Representative can help the Company achieve its vision to be the pre-eminent sales and distribution organization.
