Technical Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

Therma-Stor is the leader in dehumidification equipment. We are seeking a person with Customer Service skills and Technical ability to help resolve equipment challenges. The ideal candidate has experience with the electrical, automotive or HVAC industries. We are looking for a quick learner who has critical thinking skills and someone with a successful track record that can inspire the same performance in others.

Objectives:

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of the product.
• Resolve equipment problems with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Establish a positive relationship with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CRM and digital tools to manage customer experience.
• Administer warranty and service programs.
• Evaluate equipment condition to find the best possible repair solution.
• Engage with the customers to resolve conflicts and deliver best in class customer service experience.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and strong ability to build relationships and credibility quickly across functions and levels within the business.
• Capability to work individually and on a team with a customer focused mindset that can balance customer and business needs.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Three or more years’ successful Customer Service experience.
• Three or more years’ experience in the Electrical, Automotive or HVAC industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft products, call centers and data entry programs.
