```Duties```
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate appointments for the sales team
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage leads and appointments
- Follow a script or talking points to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services
- Schedule appointments and update the sales team's calendar accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, appointments, and outcomes
```Skills```
- Strong telemarketing skills with a proven track record of generating leads and setting appointments
- Experience in technical sales or business development is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads and track progress
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed appointment generation targets
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Inside sales experience is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
