PURPOSE:
The Manager assists in executing revenue cycle strategy along with carrier project coordination and issues resolution. In addition, this position will provide basis billing and collection services to support patients and payers across the United States. The Manager is a valued contributor by providing managerial support to Strategy Execution, Performance Improvement and Clients. The role manages the day-to-day RCM functions and third-party RCM vendor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare, or related field. 5 years of revenue cycle experience in healthcare in lieu of degree requirements.
Certification: Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) through Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is preferred.
Experience: 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience in required and knowledge of Health Plans.
