Who are we looking for?

As Technical Product Manager for Revenue Cycle, you will have the opportunity to work with a market leader in cloud-based solutions to design industry-changing products for retail pharmacies. In this role, you will lead the translation of business problems into solutions; you bring advanced engineering and communication skills to create solutions and capture requirements. You will be part of a team working collaboratively to identify and validate the right solutions for our customers. As a Revenue Cycle expert in the company, you will help drive industry knowledge and data-informed decision-making.

How much experience are we looking for?

You may be hired as an Technical Product Manager for Revenue Cycle based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $100,00.00 to $135,000.00, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What will you do?

  • Partner with Product Managers to determine the “why”, and design solutions that meet customer needs and ensure the supportability and maintainability of your product
  • Reach across experts in our internal disciplines for a full solution view, including customer implementations, operations, and support
  • Collaborate with Engineers who will determine the “how”, collectively identify where the technical “how” informs and refines product design
  • Gather an accurate, actionable set of requirements and communicate acceptance criteria in Epics, ensure acceptance criteria is met as development completes
  • Prioritize by synthesizing complex inputs to maintain an ordered backlog, ensuring alignment on priority order for solution development
  • Provide accurate timelines and communicate status to meet stakeholder expectations, interface with customers on occasion
  • Provide solution expertise on your product to internal stakeholders

What education and experience do you need?

A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

  • Minimum five years healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in a leadership position
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant discipline
  • Solid understanding of the business process paths optimized through the HIPAA transaction code sets and ANSI standards
  • Advanced skill in:
    • Requirements analysis and solution design
    • Information mapping, workflow and data flow creation
    • Complex SQL programming, Excel
    • Data analysis and visualization
  • Proficiency in issue tracking software (we use Jira)
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 15% of the time
