Job Description:

This position will be responsible for the operational management for revenue cycle intelligence projects and utilize both technical and interpersonal skills to lead clients through successful engagements. Using Crowe's technology and data, you will provide high quality insights that drive process improvement solutions that enhance our client's revenue cycle. Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Analytics or industry relevant certification is required

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant, in-depth revenue cycle experience, with at least 2 years of engagement management experience is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting in front of large groups.

• Must have worked in a professional services/consulting capacity in the past

• Ability to navigate and manage multiple client engagements at a time.

• Experience in driving change in client environment

• Strong financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills and ability to work with large sets of data with accuracy

• Experience and comfort in compiling and analyzing large datasets and communicated the insights drawn from the datasets to various stakeholders (experience with SQL is a plus)

• Experience with data visualization tools (eg. Power BI or Tableau is a plus)

• Working knowledge of application support, development tools and methodologies and revenue cycle a plus

• Experience in system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation, preferred

• This position requires a minimum of 20% travel.
