Revenue Manager
The Revenue Manager Reports to the VP of Accounting and Taxation and is responsible for managing the Revenue Cycle Process of Billing, Collections and Reporting.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall billing deliverables and collections for assigned contracts
Review and verify the accuracy of contract administration, billing, collections and revenue recognition monthly.
Analyze Billing and Collection reports and records, ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX/internal controls and corporate policies.
Participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports, cost and variance analyses, and internal/external audits.
Analyze and resolve complex billing, reporting and process issues.
Co-ordinate with concerned departments on and Assist FP&A with special projects.
Support the monthly close process and ensure that all assigned activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
5-8 years Billing experience. Oil and Gas Industry Experience Preferred
At least 2 years supervising professional staff.
Strong understanding of US GAAP.
Strong organizational & analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly
High proficiency in Power BI.
Ability to problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize with a fast paced and changing business environment.
All other related and/or additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned.
