The Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO and WCR’s elected leaders and staff to support its initiatives. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (days subject to change).
You are an ideal candidate if you have excellent technical, written and verbal communication skills, work independently, initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people with diplomacy and tact. Must possess a comfort level with web-based or innovative productivity tools.
Essential Job Functions Include, but are not limited to:
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Travel and support for WCR’s offsite meetings is required; one week in May and November each year. In addition, provide support for WCR’s 3-4 day local meeting, which requires overnight stay.
TESTING REQUIRED: Interview process will include the applicant drafting a response to an email to gauge level of written communication skills and use of MS Word functionality. In addition, the ability to sort and print Excel data will also be tested as required for this position.
