Winnetka Transmissions is Hiring an Automotive Customer Service Representative Near Los Angeles, CA
- Meet and Greet customers. Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations. Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness
- First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the shop
- Responsible for engaging customers, building trust, communicating processes and timelines
- Under the direction of Management, assists in various aspects of customer care
- Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies. Works with the management team to react to customer service issues, customer complaints, and/or business opportunities.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently (Bilingual English/Spanish a big plus)
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions *Multitasking skills
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
