LADIVINE by Cinderella Divine is a dress wholesale company based in Los Angeles, CA.
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team to work with us at our showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to handle high volume calls. We are urgently hiring for a Customer Service Representative with great active listening skills that can help resolve customers questions.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Answer and direct phone calls and provide accurate information
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

Qualifications:
- Experience is preferred
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proficient with phone systems and computers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Lunch is provided.

All new employees must go through a 90 day probation period.
