Payrate : $19$22 / hr

PrimaryJobResponsibilities :
- Respondto customer inquiries and quote requests.
- Determineproduction processes that best fit your clientsneeds.
- Collaboratewith the art and design department on your clientsprojects.
- Maintainmeaningful longterm relationships withclients.
- Trackand verify the status of orderproduction.
- Verifycustomersatisfaction.
- Meetor exceed established goals with measurablestatistics.
Qualifications :
- 24years of Customer Service Sales or Manufacturing Sales Repexperience
- Proficiencyin Office 365 and related applications including Outlook Excel andWord
- Stronginterpersonal communication skills; typical or working with a widearray ofcustomers
- Strongorganization skills
- Abilityto work in a small office environment; enjoy working closely withothers.
