Schedule: Monday - Thursday,8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Location: ElkGrove Village, IL 

Job Type: DirectHire, Full-time

Pay rate: $19-$22/hr

Our client specializesin the custom design and manufacturing of emblematic jewelry specific to theirclients’ needs, and as a Customer Service Representative, you will provideproduct pricing, walk through the customer’s options, and collaborate with thedesign team to get the perfect design into their hands. You will get to seeyour work turn into tangible products!

PrimaryJob Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests.
• Determine production processes that best fit your clients’needs.
• Collaborate with the art and design department on yourclients’ projects.
• Maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
• Track and verify the status of order production.
• Verify customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed established goals with measurable statistics.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Customer Service, Sales, or Manufacturing SalesRep experience
• Proficiency in Office 365 and related applications,including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; typical or workingwith a wide array of customers
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work in a small office environment; enjoyworking closely with others.
