Description

What you’ll be doing :

• Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
• Accurately capture data and enter it on to the relevant systems.
• Respond to all contacts from both internal & external customers made via all the available channels.

What we’re looking for :

• Fluent Irish Speaker
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate both clearly and effectively.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including a high standard of vocabulary & grammar.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with thorough attention to detail.
• Ability to work towards customer service SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Computer literate (including Microsoft Suite) and data entry skills.
