Job Description


The Sales Analyst role is a key position within the business intelligence team. This person will work closely with the Manager of Business Intelligence to help the Chief Sales Officer and the entire Wheels Up sales organization make smarter decisions with the capture, management, and analysis of data and key metrics.  Wheels Up is in high growth mode as it continues to scale various business units, and there’s an increasing focus on making data-driven decisions.  This role will build out dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau, summarize results to be presented to Senior Management, and work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders across several departments within the company.  This role is a great opportunity to join Wheels Up with immediate exposure to key leadership and critical business decisions to maximize revenue growth and retention.


  • Build, run, and maintain reports and dashboards for the sales organization
  • Analyze and ultimately summarize findings and learnings to various stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Constantly improve the lead and member assignment process for the sales and account management teams
  • Continually ensure data validity in by conducting routine audits in collaboration with finance/accounting
  • Help guarantee the accuracy of data used to calculate commissions for the organization
  • Provide all other analytical support to the sales leadership team
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to measure inbound calls and requests from internal team member and prospective Wheels Up members


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an analytics or sales support role
  • Experience with the analysis of small and large data sets
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards
  • Experience with Tableau preferred but not required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel formulas
  • Hands on in a team environment
  • Ability to interact with several personality types within an organization
  • Motivated to perform in a challenging, fast paced environment
  • Able to work a flexible schedule closely tied to end of month or quarterly results
