Reports to: Senior Human Resource Advisor

Position Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to clients on all aspects of HR operations. They will work directly with the client’s management team to help identify needs, plan and execute HR initiatives, and contractually obligated duties associated with their position. In addition, HR Manager will work with clients to maintain HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
