Wells Fargo is Hiring a Recruiting Manager- Technology Near Phoenix, AZ

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Human Resources as part of the Wells Fargo's Technology team. This role will be responsible for providing leadership in the strategic planning, managing of projects and execution of early talent initiatives aligned with Talent Acquisition strategies.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage, develop and lead a team of recruiters supporting early career technology hiring across multiple business areas and/or functional groups
  • Develop and drive innovative, business-specific strategies to attract and recruit high-potential talent into internship programs, analyst programs and associate programs
  • Consult with technology early careers leadership team and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develop the recruiting/sourcing strategies to meet those needs
  • Design and execute the end-to-end recruiting early career recruiting cycle including, but not limited to, candidate identification, pipelining, assessment, hiring, onboarding, and keep warm
  • Provide insight and benchmarking data on best practices for your specific business area and/or functional group
  • Build and maintain relationships with Program Managers, recruiting peers, HR colleagues and business managers
  • Demonstrate a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and teams
  • Engage business and functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 4 years of Recruitment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2 years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience managing and developing recruiting and/or sourcing team
  • Experience in early talent recruitment or early talent program management
  • Experience within diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Experience evaluating and presenting metrics that track effectiveness and delivery towards human capital and business strategies
  • Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Job Expectations:
  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed above
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position
