TSMC is Hiring a Campus Relations Recruiting Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

The Campus Relations Recruiting Manager at TSMC Arizona reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you are responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent from targeted high schools, colleges and universities and STEM related educational programs. The position involves building strong relationships with schools, faculty, and students to promote the company's employment brand and opportunities to potential candidates.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive campus relations strategy that aligns with the company's talent acquisition goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with targeted schools, faculty, and student organizations to establish the company as a preferred employer.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with TSMC HQ & AZ business team, plan and execute on-campus & online recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
  • Identify and engage with top talent at schools, including conducting interviews and collaborate with TSMC HQ’s, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Lead and coordinate the overall internship program from recruiting, onboarding, engagement, advance offering, exit to drive positive internship experience.
  • Leverage data analytics and recruiting metrics to track progress, drive operational improvements & excellence, and support team growth.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campus relations activities, including metrics such as candidate pipeline, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.
  • Stay current on campus recruiting trends and best practices to continually improve the company's approach to campus recruiting.
  • Mentor the team to create outstanding experiences for our candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Perform any other TA related project or tasks assigned.
  • This position requires full-time on-site presence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years' HR experience in defining and implementing strategy, process, and execution with minimum 3 years in campus relations & recruiting area
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills which maintain high performance and develop future talent
  • Experience in building rapport and interacting with key stakeholders and internal and external partners
  • Data driven capability – ability to use appropriate metrics and insights that influence and drive decisions
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and project management skills
  • Demonstrable ability to continuous improve processes, efficiency and customer experience
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment requiring innovation and adapting to a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a global technology firm, preferably in electronics manufacturing and in a global environment
  • Experience with third-party vendor management
