HOW YOU WOULD BE SPENDING YOUR TIME AS A CAMPUS RECRUITING SPECIALIST
- This is a fantastic opportunity to have responsibility for the full life cycle of Talent Acquisition for College Recruiting which includes: Travel, Event Coordination (booth setup/takedown), and support with our Intern Program.
- You'll build relationships - You'll partner with our Operations Teams, People Operations, and College Personnel.
- You'll make an impact – You'll see tangible results WITHOUT strict call metrics. We care about the results and impact, not how you get there.
- You'll have ownership of your work – This is a small team and we're counting on you to take the lead on Fall and Spring recruiting seasons and lifecycle of the candidate's experience.
- You'll have variety – You will be finding the perfect match for various intern roles across all departments. It's never a boring day.
