Emblem Home Care is Hiring a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist (Bilingual) Near Phoenix, AZ
I. JOB SUMMARY The Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommended placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) and is responsible for the onboarding of all new contractors. This position will also be responsible for collaborating with the Compliance Officer to ensure all contractor requirements and certification are compliant and up to date. II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with Director of Operations to determine staffing needs.
Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates for the agency.
Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
Performs 30 cold calls per day to potential candidates.
Develops job postings to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure screening, hiring, and selection of candidates are completed in accordance with 1099 Independent Contractor laws and regulations as they pertain to Arizona and ALTCS rules and regulations.
Follows up with candidates to ensure updated information on the onboard status.
Manages onboarding process by scheduling new contractors' to on onboard in the office and assisting with completion of electronic onboard through WorkMarket software.
Assists contractors with access to all agency software applications used for payment, scheduling, and training.
Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with agency staff to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
Communicates important contractor information during delivery of contract offers (i.e. 1099 Contractor Model, communication expectations, and continuation of contract information etc.).
Works with Compliance Officer to ensure all contractor records are compliant with agency, and federal/state laws and regulations.
Works with Compliance Officer to ensure all contractor certifications are active and current.
Manages current candidate activity in the designated Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Manages contractor reenrollments according to company policy.

Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish required
High School Diploma
2 years back-office experience required
2 years recruiting experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to develop effective and collaborative relationships
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet
Familiar with a wide variety of candidate sourcing resources
