In this role, you will:

• Manage ACH Risk initiatives including credit, operational, and compliance risks
• Own, develop, and execute ACH Risk Assessments
• Drive the strategic direction needed to resolve highly complex and unique challenges related to ACH Risk
• Strategically engage with all lines of businesses as the subject matter expert on risk related topics
• Execute strategic initiatives that effectively calculate ACH Exposure resulting in a material reduction in existing and future ACH Exposure limits
• Lead a partnership with the Credit Policy teams to develop enhanced guidelines for debit and credit exposure monitoring
• Demonstrate an expert knowledge level of Nacha rules and guidelines with the ability to have detailed reviews with clients, internal partners, and Senior Management
• Provide leadership for the Payables Product team for the review, discussion, implementation, and execution of all Nacha rule changes and/or enhancements
• Management advisor for strategic risk/credit initiatives and facilitator of key presentations to material stakeholders
• Provide clear and concise direction to all cross functional teams based on your business expertise, our Risk/rules requirements, your Credit knowledge, and our current Sr Management focus points

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years managing Risk including ACH Credit Risk, Regulatory Risk and Operational Risk
• Treasury Management knowledge and experience
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited ACH Risk Professional (AARP) preferred
• Advanced expertise with ACH Regulations and Rules
• Intermediate MS Office experience including Excel and Power Point
• Analytical skills, extensive knowledge of the ACH Business and associated risks
• Senior level experience in analyzing ACH exposure activity data and establishing appropriate limits
• Strong background in optimizing corporate client credit lines
• High level of Risk analysis and assessment experience

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
