We are recruiting for Management Analyst (Administrative) to join our team.
The Management Analyst will provide administrative support to include the following:
Meeting Management: scheduling meetings, webinars, and teleconferences; assist division with meeting logistical coordination and agenda preparation, forward invitations, save-the-dates, develop, disseminate, and file meeting records and documents, prepare action items; collect background materials and share appropriately; and facilitate division staff meetings with leadership.
Personnel and Time and Attendance: preparation and processing of standard administrative documentation, such as personnel actions, and leave request. Process time and attendance in the ITAS system.
Communications Support: Assist leadership with distribution of broadcast messages and communications to appropriate stakeholders; distribute documents and track action items; prepare summaries, meeting, and briefing materials in a timely manner; upload relevant content to specific portals and web sites; and assemble and produce routing packages.
Coordination Services: Assist leadership in development of documents, schedule coordination, and outward messaging and record and track stakeholder and membership contacts by managing and updating appropriate distributions. Coordinate activities with Division Director direct reports and other staff. Coordinate special projects such as white papers, reports, and briefings. Coordinates data and information.
Travel and Logistical Services: ·Coordinate travel; assist with travel orders. Coordinate the logistics associated with the planning and attendance of conferences, speaking events, site visits, visits of HHS and other Government delegations including Congressional delegations, and other meetings, events, virtual meetings, and conference calls.Prior experience supporting the Federal Government is preferred.
Reporting: Maintain and update required monthly, annual, and as needed administrative reports. Maintain status records.
Prior Federal Government experience required. Prior experience supporting multiple teams preferred.
