Jefferson Consulting Group, a well-respected, minority- and woman-owned small business, seeks a highly qualified individual to serve as a Management Analyst. Jefferson provides strategic and operational services to federal agencies in program management, acquisition, human capital and training. The Communications Specialist will be supporting multiple projects across those domains. This will be a full-time, REMOTE position within the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Portfolio.
Compile, write, revise, up-date, and edit various types of documents, templates, speeches, correspondence, and presentations, including web content.
o Collect, research, and analyze information to prepare documentation
o update project/program plans and documentation; assist in the management of project information
o assist in the review and drafting of reports, correspondence and other documentation
o prepare multi-media presentations and brief reference materials as required
o Make necessary corrections in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and format to ensure all documents are up-dated, free of errors, and follow writing guidelines in FRA style guides and the United States Government Printing Office Style Manual
o Utilize desktop publishing software to produce publication-ready materials in both hardcopy and electronic copy formats
Manage, route, and track correspondence and other documentation to ensure appropriate input and review.
o Work with reviewers to ensure technical accuracy and overall quality of written materials
Attend and facilitate meetings/briefings.
o Schedule, coordinate, facilitate, conduct, and communicate all logistics of meetings, workshops; Internet-based forums; webinars; video conferences; teleconferences; and training sessions, as well as provide assistance in various aspects of planning, designing, executing, and following-up of various events
Define, research, analyze, document, and recommend best business practices process solutions, guidance, legislation, protocols, policies, and integrated tools.
Collect, maintain and analyze data for trends.
Prepare, maintain, update, and track task assignments, reports, and correspondence to ensure consistent information exchange and completion.
Collect, compile, input, and analyze information in systems and spreadsheets for complex administrative projects requiring technical analyses and input from various segments of the organization.
Organize, scan and maintain documentation and files.
