Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residence Manager to oversee the operations and management of our residential properties. The Residence Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Duties: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations - Oversee the application and screening process for prospective tenants - Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files and records - Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements - Handle rent collection and enforce lease terms - Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement - Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite) for data entry, reporting, and tracking Skills: - Proficiency in using property management software such as OneSite for efficient data entry and reporting - Strong knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other housing programs - Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management and lease agreements - Excellent customer relationship management skills to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in lease agreements, tenant records, and other documentation - Knowledge of office procedures and proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) If you are a highly organized individual with experience in property management and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.
