Hourly Compensation Range:$20.00-21.00
Who our Resident Assistant Is:
- You have a passion for providing clinical support within the social services industry.
- You are a natural teacher through being a role model in order to instill socially acceptable behavior with clients seeking recovery services for individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse.
- You are a self-motivated, resilient person who thrives in a clinical environment.
- You are a team player, who is highly organized and has time management skills.
- You are well versed in technology and have excellent communication skills.
- Being on-call and working a flexible schedule, which may include working evenings, weekends and holidays does not bother you.
What our Resident Assistant Needs:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Experience in rehabilitation counseling, substance abuse counseling, drug and alcohol rehabilitation or in the mental health field preferred
