Objective:

• Provides support to the human resource department by performing a variety of human resources functions.

Essential Functions:

• Filing and organizing documents (paper and electronic)
• Creating or updating records with new files and information
• Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or using scanners
• Answering phone lines
• Assisting with other duties as necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task
• Organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel) and GSuite
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Bilingual preferred

Position Type: Full-time

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Two (2) years of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of clerical, payroll, and human resources experience required.
