Purpose of the Position:

This role encompasses comprehensive management of projects atBroadway Bank, aiming to instill robust project management disciplinethroughout the organization. This position ensures that key initiatives andprojects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ProjectManager promotes continuous improvement by training personnel in projectmanagement methodologies and developing metrics to track and communicateprogress against goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:

• Manages multiple medium to large-scale projects across various business units, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans to achieve objectives within preset budgets and timelines through meticulous planning, direction, and coordination of activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and disseminate meeting minutes and project-related documentation to maintain transparency and engagement. and help facilitate project approval and governance process.
• Manage all project lifecycle phases: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery to ensure comprehensive oversight.
• Monitor project progress against established milestones and budgetary guidelines and prepare detailed status reports to provide ongoing visibility to stakeholders.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage external consultants and vendors to enhance project outcomes.
  Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize project management processes and methodologies.
• Evaluate and enhance project management practices across business units to remove barriers, boost efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed about the project's progress, risks, and results.
• Collaborate with business unit managers to gather feedback and recommend improvements for future project strategies.
• This position may require travel.
