project processes. Project Managers will work closely with engineers, and shop employees as necessary
to integrate the customers’ design concepts into a custom-made equipment solution. Project managers
will be assigned certain customer orders based on workload within the project manager team.

- Communicate with customers concerning project requirements, worksites, and clarifying the scope of
work.
- Communicate with the outside sales team, and prepare cost estimates and proposals.
- Engage with customers and others on a regular basis to discuss the status of projects and installations,
customer problems and concerns.
- Required travel will be less than 5%. All travel will require approval by Sr. Project Manager.
- Must learn and possess strong product knowledge.
- Engage in all aspects of the quote/design process.
- Monitor job costs/profitability for assigned accounts.
- Effectively communicate with other departments including engineering/design, production, sales &

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving
mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to work in high precarious places, and extreme heat and cold
(non-weather). The employee is periodically exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in
the work environment is usually moderate.

successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and
lift/move up to 75 pounds with assist available. The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to
finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by
this Job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust
focus. Specific hearing abilities required by this job include the ability to hear customers.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Valid State Driver’s License.
Safety glasses and steel toe boots when in production areas. Specific safety equipment as required by
individual customer site.
