Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners, LLC is Hiring a Talent acquisition coordinator Near Tampa, FL

Our client is seeking a TalentAcquisition Coordinator (Staffing Coordinator) towork 3 days onsite and two days remotely. The applicant must residein either Dallas Texas or Tampa Florida and have financial servicesindustryexperience.

Duration : 6 months

Pleasenote : This role is not applicable to Recruiters HRGeneralists etc.

PositionOverview :

  • Supportrecruiting processes including scheduling phone video and onsiteinterviews and reserving conference rooms for interviews withaccuracy
  • Coordinate interview schedulingincluding availability logistics special arrangementsetc.
  • Prepare offer letters and distribute offerpackages for new hires including the collection of requiredpreemployment paperwork and I9 documentation ifapplicable
  • Coordinate all requiredpreemployment procedures for new hires and temporary staff (i.e.background check appointments & status monitoring and drugscreening exams)
  • Assist with new employeeonboarding activities such as communications with new hires requestfor information providing information to IT and security asneeded
  • Serve as an administrator of applicationtracking system
  • Create and maintain requisitionfiles
  • QA and review requisitions assignedwithin your business unit
  • Responsible to trackthe special payments (i.e. signon employeereferral)
  • Act as support for special recruitingevents such as job fairs oncampus recruiting for interns / traineesonsite events etc.
  • Assist with designdevelopment and implementation of improved processes and proceduresfor the overall recruitment function
  • Sourceidentify and recruit potential candidates for various programs suchas summer internship positions the pipeline program temporary staffand some fulltime positions cross multipledisciplines

AdditionalQualifications

  • Abilityto effectively communicate policies and information knowing when toescalate questions orissues
  • Excellent attention to detailsand accuracy of data ability to prioritize and follow through onrequests

Preferred

  • Bachelorsor associate degree
  • 13 years of recruitmentsupport experience customer service administrative or related workexperience
